Paws in the Studio is a limited-edition fundraising experience designed to celebrate the bond you share with your pet while giving back to animals in need.

Each session takes place in a calm, cozy indoor studio created with pets in mind. You’ll choose between two distinct studio styles:

  • Bold, vibrant, colourful backgrounds that make your pet’s personality shine

  • Soft, neutral tones for timeless, elegant portraits that blend beautifully with family images and home décor

Psst! We can do both during your session!

How It Works

$99 registration fee
Includes a $50 donation to the Frontier Animal Society, one 5x7” fine art print, and a matching digital image.

Sessions are relaxed and pet-led. There’s no pressure for perfect behaviour. Dogs and cats are free to settle in, explore, and be themselves. Patience, treats, and a whole lot of heart are always included.

Each session includes:

  • A unique studio portrait session in your chosen studio style

  • A fine art 5x7” matted fine art print

  • A matching high-resolution digital file

  • A $50 donation directly supporting the Frontier Animal Society

Additional portraits, keepsakes, and wall art will be available following your session. There is no obligation to purchase, only if you fall in love with more portraits. Artwork for your home is available, with wall art starting at $595, print collected at $659, and heirloom quality albums at $1995.

This is a simple, meaningful way to create artwork you’ll treasure while knowing your pet helped make a real difference, just by being their wonderful self.

Session Details

The Frontier Animal Society has been a cornerstone of our community since 1982, caring for 25–35 cats and 8–10 dogs at a time. With a small paid team and a network of dedicated volunteers, the shelter relies entirely on donations and fundraisers to continue its vital work. Every session you book helps give animals a second chance at life.

This fundraiser brings together two of my passions: creating meaningful artwork for pets and their families, and supporting shelters that make a lasting difference for the animals in their care.
